This weekly virtual therapy group is designed for birthing people who want to prepare themselves for after birth, both emotionally and practically. In this group we will work on developing healthy habits to support emotional health, creating a postpartum plan, and learning tools to handle strong emotions post-birth.

This weekly virtual therapy group works toward building a safe space for participants to work through their symptoms, and establish healthy mindful practices. This group aims to help participants identify behavioral activations, unhelpful thought patterns, cognitive distortions, and how to continue working toward healthier thought patterns outside group therapy.
