Jewish Students Support Group

Are you a Jewish college student facing anti-Semitism on campus? You're not alone. Join our virtual weekly support group designed specifically for you. Over the course of 8 weeks, our one-hour sessions, held every Tuesday at 2pm EST, provide a safe space to share experiences, seek guidance, and find support. Together, we'll navigate the challenges of discrimination and process emotions around this difficult time.

Baby Chick Postpartum Prep Group

This weekly virtual therapy group is designed for birthing people who want to prepare themselves for after birth, both emotionally and practically. In this group we will work on developing healthy habits to support emotional health, creating a postpartum plan, and learning tools to handle strong emotions post-birth.

Overcoming Depression Group

This weekly virtual therapy group works toward building a safe space for participants to work through their symptoms, and establish healthy mindful practices. This group aims to help participants identify behavioral activations, unhelpful thought patterns, cognitive distortions, and how to continue working toward healthier thought patterns outside group therapy.
