More Than Just Stress Group

This weekly virtual therapy group aims to help those experiencing mild to moderate levels of anxiety, providing tools and strategies to aid in working through life’s stressors. Topics covered will include radical acceptance, self-compassion, cognitive distortions and unhelpful thinking patterns, managing emotions, and identifying and building on coping skills, accompanied by a holistic approach to self-care.

Baby Chick Postpartum Prep Group

This weekly virtual therapy group is designed for birthing people who want to prepare themselves for after birth, both emotionally and practically. In this group we will work on developing healthy habits to support emotional health, creating a postpartum plan, and learning tools to handle strong emotions post-birth.

This weekly virtual therapy group works toward building a safe space for participants to work through their symptoms, and establish healthy mindful practices.
