Making therapy more accessible

Everyone deserves to have the space and the guidance to work through therapy with low cost, and high quality care.

We work with major insurance providers and work to keep our session fees low, providing affordable care to those in need.

Therapy, covered by insurance

Over 80% of Resilience Lab clients are covered by in-network insurance with an average copay of $25.

At this time, our therapists are unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans.

In-network vs.

Out-of-network

If you’re using an in-network health insurance plan, we’ll work directly with your provider and verify your insurance benefits once you’ve chosen a therapist.

Don’t see your insurance provider listed above? Use our out-of-network reimbursement calculator to approximate your benefits. Once you match with a therapist, our billing department will verify your benefits.

OUT-OF-NETWORK Insurance

Working with your benefits

Handling a superbill

To be reimbursed for out-of-network care, you will pay the full amount to your clinician, and then submit an insurance claim to be reimbursed. We’ll give you what you need for this process in the form of documentation called a “Superbill”.

Utilizing courtesy billing

Courtesy billing is a combination of direct and super billing. You pay for therapy at the time of your session and we’ll submit your reimbursement forms for you. The reimbursement then goes to you directly, most often in the form of a mailed check.

Using your spending accounts

It’s your money, reinvest it in yourself.

FSA’s and HSA’s let you to set aside money pre-tax to go towards therapy and other health care costs. Use your FSA or HSA dollars to cover your deductible, copays, and coinsurance costs, as well as your session fees.
