Women’s Support Group

During this time of uncertainty and heightened stress, it is important to come together and support each other.

This 8-week online women’s group will provide a safe space to share personal experiences, unpack emotions, and examine negative thought patterns that contribute to distress. Each group will focus on a theme (identified by group members) and include a guided mindfulness activity. Women will leave the group with a “toolbox” of effective coping skills to carry with them.
