Many of us have just dealt with a year of being physically isolated or feeling alone. Now, there are even more questions and stressors that are coming up as we transition to a new normal. Some of us may feel excited to get back to our old social lives but uneasy about getting back out there. Topics we will discuss in this group will range from communicating and setting boundaries with friends, family members, and coworkers; coping with distressing feelings; acknowledging feelings of loneliness and loss, and managing our professional lives.
The group will meet weekly for 60 minutes for 8 consecutive weeks. Participants will share concerns and gain tools and resources to help build resilience through this period of heightened uncertainty and dramatic change.
