Are you feeling overwhelmed, like you’re barely holding it together? Does it feel a little bit like you’ve lost yourself & can’t figure out how to get back to who you were? Are your loved ones treating you differently or telling you to go talk to someone? You’re not alone. I have worked with people from all walks of life who find themselves having difficulty getting up in the morning or leaving the house. I know how hard it can be to consider asking for help. I believe the most effective therapy is guided by the primary needs of the client and utilizes the client's natural strengths and interests in order to make progress. My therapeutic approach is holistic, friendly, warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental; my sense of humor helps clients to feel at ease. I strive to make each client feel as though they are in a safe place throughout the course of our conversation. Seeking help takes courage; asking for help is not an easy thing for everyone. I am here to provide support, insight, & to empower you to meet your goals and achieve your greatest potential. There is no challenge too small and no goal too big!
I have been practicing in a wide variety of settings including community mental health center, school, prison, psychiatric hospital, and private practice since 2014. I am trained in CBT, have obtained my BA from Stonehill College, and my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College.
