Pamela Waranowicz
Therapist
Have you ever experienced or witnessed abuse, bullying, addiction, death, depression, traumas and felt that you were alone, not heard, not loved, not supported, and felt like everything was your fault, but don’t understand why you feel like this?
What I offer is a safe space where you can be heard, supported, and learn that you are not alone; help with changing negative thoughts into positives, increasing self-esteem and self-confidence, provide encouragement, and ultimately walk with you through your journey while you have those ups and downs hoping that you find your way to who you really are – an amazing person.
I am a Professional Counselor Associate after 24 years of being a RN working with mental health and substance use. Other experiences include anxiety, medical professional burnout, loss, grief, trauma, domestic violence, personality disorders and health issues.
I utilize several skills focused on where you are throughout your journey. I have a more holistic approach which includes mindfulness practices helping my clients move from now to where they would like to be.
Graduated from Saybrook University for her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Grand Canyon University BS in Applied Management and St. Vincent’s College AS in Nursing.
