Diabetes Education

Diabetes is a complex disease requiring a lot of maintenance that can be intimidating and overwhelming. Our coach is a Certified Diabetes Educator, we can work with you to gain a better understanding of the disease, as well as how to manage it with diet, insulin, and any glucose monitoring devices.

Weight Management

Positive body image is imperative to your overall wellbeing. We debunk myths about weight so you can embrace your body in all shapes and sizes, feel comfortable in your own skin, and gain the confidence to thrive. If body weight is a health concern, we help you build new skills and develop healthy habits to gain / loose / maintain weight successfully.

Disordered Eating
