Therapy is most effective when clients feel safe. Because of this, I aim to create an accepting, non-judgemental, and inclusive space for you to be your true self. I work with a range of clients, and I specialize in addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and navigating life transitions.
My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed with emphasis on your own personal growth towards your goals. In order to best help you create positive change in your life, I will use an integrative approach to explore underlying patterns that may be causing you distress. The evidence based practices that I draw from most include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and a psychodynamic approach. Through our work together, you will learn new ways to heal and grow.
