If you have an insurance provider that’s not listed, we’re happy to work with you to optimize insurance reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. If there is reason to believe your insurance company is not authorizing appropriate reimbursement to you, we will help you with any filings or complaints necessary.
We are an out-of-network provider. Many PPO plans provide out-of-network benefits, which means after paying for your sessions and submitting your superbill as proof to your provider, the insurance company will reimburse you directly for therapy sessions you’ve attended. If you’re unsure about your out-of-network coverage, our billing department can help you identify your benefits.

sessions such as phone calls, texts, or emails?
We don’t bill for contact outside in-person sessions unless the contact period exceeds 15 minutes, or is a life-threatening emergency.
Payment for each session is due at the time of the visit. Resilience Lab accepts all major credit cards and flexible spending accounts, but we do not accept cash, check, or money order.
If you can’t make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours will be billed at the full rate. We understand that emergencies happen, so fees may be waived at your therapist’s sole discretion. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for any missed appointments.
Your therapist will see you if you’re running behind, but they can’t guarantee extra time beyond your allotted appointment and you will be billed for the full session.
How can I obtain one?
If a comprehensive report is requested for a school district, legal matter, or another purpose, we ask that payment be made in full prior to releasing the report. Sometimes these reports are needed urgently. Please let us know if that’s the case and we will attempt to work with you in order to meet your deadlines.
Billing for independent evaluations is done on an hourly basis or via a flat fee negotiated with the requestor or school district (if they’re covering the expense). Please contact us directly at 1-833-775-6252.
