Are you seeking relief for anxiety, social discomfort or panic with long-term results? My responsive approach is a mixture of actionable techniques using evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a psychodynamic foundation. That means learning about what your feelings and reactions mean to you and identifying recurring themes in relationships. We are masters at avoiding things that make us uncomfortable but by examining why and what we avoid or naturally gravitate towards, we become free and strong. I was an entrepreneur in NYC for 12 years before my clinical training which lends me distinctive understanding of the struggle to balance career with life. Whether it's a therapist, counselor, or coach you seek, working with an experienced clinician is a worthwhile investment to help you move forward. I run a dynamic practice. We will work with you to find the right fit within your budget with or without insurance.

Perhaps you must untangle the past to move forward and flourish in the present. Or, explore who you are now to determine who you want to become in the future. No matter what brings you into treatment specifically, my ultimate goal is to help you parse these queries and connect to your core self. While I specialize in trauma-focused therapies, I have an extensive research background and draw from additional evidence-based practices to mitigate pain and embolden vitality.
